I aspire to support my clients to create real tangible changes in their lives. I believe transformation is possible, and as your therapist I will challenge you to cultivate the changes needed for you to grow. 

When working with my clients I integrate visual art making, somatic practice, music, and sand tray into the therapeutic environment. I feel passionately about using these different mediums alongside talk therapy as a way to guide my clients to interact with unconscious material that may exist in a place outside of language. I believe that supporting my clients to connect with the unconscious parts of themselves is the key to healing. I support clients in understanding their relationship to their gender and sexuality.
