Katy McFadden, LCSW
Licensed Certified Social Worker
I will help you with navigating the often quiet, yet deeply impactful effects of early attachment wounds and relational trauma. Whether you're struggling to trust others, feel disconnected from your emotions, experience chronic discomfort in your body, or wrestle with self-worth, our work together will focus on creating a space that feels safe, supportive, and attuned to where you are right now.
Getting To Know Me
Clients who have worked with me often notice a growing awareness of how past experiences shape present-day challenges. Many express a desire to explore these memories—both emotionally and somatically—to move forward with greater clarity and self-understanding.

In addition to “talk therapy,” I incorporate somatic approaches that bring awareness to physical sensations and emotional experiences as they arise in the moment. These approaches aim to help you reconnect with your body’s natural capacity for protection, connection, and restoration.
