Rebecca Kreshak-Hayden

Licensed Mental Health Counselor

"I care about co-creating welcoming, safe spaces where clients can come and find rest in the midst of life’s transitions and challenges."

Rebecca strives to help clients connect with their deepest selves and honor their inner wisdom. She believes creativity and spirituality are ways of being that facilitate this connection.

Getting To Know Me

Rebecca brings hospitality, compassion, creativity, and spirituality into her work with clients. She empowers clients to co-create a safe space where they can receive the support they need, to reach their goals. As a violinist and graphic designer, she appreciates the value of creative practice after finding it to play a significant role in her personal healing journey. As a result, she pursued her graduate training in expressive arts therapy, and brings multiple creative modalities into the therapeutic process, in addition to talk therapy.

Rebecca understands the challenges that are experienced during life transitions as well as unexpected, or planned, changes in life. She respects that each individual has their own path, and deserves the support in making the decisions that are best for them. She approaches each client as a unique individual capable of creating the change they want to see, when given the right support.

When Rebecca is not in the office, she is enjoying time with her wife and two rescue dogs. She loves being outside, watching movies, going to bookstores, playing video games, listening to music, and playing her violin.
