Directions to our Building:

From 91 N, Exit 23 (toward Northampton/Easthampton)

Left off the exit

At the traffic circle, take the second exit

At the next light, take a left onto Old S St

At the next light, take a right onto New South St

We’re in the yellowish brick building on your left

Parking:

 FREE OPTION-Coming from Old South St onto New South St Street-

Continue straight to the intersection of New South St and Main St 

Take a left onto Main Street. Stay in the left lane as if you were going to take a left again. On your left you will see a small driveway into a parking lot behind the yellowish brick building.

Make a small U-turn at the light and turn into that parking lot 

Parking in this lot is available and free until 5 PM.

FREE OPTION- Coming from Main Street towards New South Street. 

Go past New South Street to that very next Intersection, stay in the Left lane as if you were going to turn left. To your left you should see a small drive way leading into a parking lot with a red building at the end. 

Make a small U-turn to turn into that driveway and parking lot. 

Parking in this lot is available and free until 5 PM.

Pay To Park-  

You may park at the Meters in front of the Main Entrance to the Building on the New South St side. 

Keep in mind your visit to our office will average about one hour

The Cost is :

6 minutes per Nickel

12 minutes per Dime

30 minutes per Quarter.

Hours of Operation for the Meters are 10am-5pm

Except Sundays and Holidays.

The meters are coin operated, and can also be paid through the ParkMobile App

Access to the Building:

In the middle of the building, there are glass double doors

You will receive the Building Code in an email sent to you after scheduling with your clinician. If you cannot find it, please check your Spam folder or call us 413-209-7796 for assistance.

Go to the left after entering the building

Follow the Elevator sign hung from the ceiling, On your left you will see mailboxes 

The elevator is across from the mailboxes 

When you get out of the elevator on the 2nd floor, go right (the bathrooms will be to your left) and then to the left you will see our office (with our sign) ahead of you.

Go right after entering the building
