Relationship First

We don't simply dive into history or goals, we focus on helping your nervous system settle.Traditional intake models often move quickly into symptoms and background information. While that matters, we believe safety and relationship come first. When your body feels even a little more grounded, it’s easier to think clearly, speak honestly, and feel understood.

You won’t be pushed to share more than you’re ready to. You won’t be evaluated like a checklist.
