WHOLE PERSON
Mental. Emotional. Physical. Vocational. Spiritual. Social.
Whole-person care means we don’t reduce you to a diagnosis or use the same approach with everyone. Together, we look at your emotions, relationships, experiences, environment, physical wellbeing and sources of meaning. Your therapist may draw from talk therapy, somatic practices, creative approaches, mindfulness or movement based on what fits you.
You have a team around you—not just one person behind you. With your permission, our therapists and wellness practitioners can work together, drawing from different perspectives and approaches to support the whole of who you are. Your voice remains central as we coordinate care and adjust support based on your needs.

COLLABORATIVE

TRAUMA RESPONSIVE
You will not be pressured to share more than you are ready to discuss. Your therapist will prioritize emotional and physical safety, move at a pace that feels manageable and help you understand how past experiences may be affecting you today. You will have choices throughout the process, and the work will focus on building trust, stability and a greater sense of control.
