Emily Ekstein, LCSW
Licensed Certified Social Worker
When faced with uncertainties, change, overwhelm, stress, loss, or difficulty functioning, it can be helpful to increase your support system to work through challenges. I work with people struggling with a variety of challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship issues. I have experience working with children, teens, adults, and neurodivergent individuals (autism, ADHD) who are looking to be heard and understood in a way that is healing and to find moments of peace even on difficult days.
Getting to Know Me
I offer an integrated therapy approach centered in relational practices so that your needs are addressed in a way that is effective and personalized. Modalities may include DBT, person-centered approaches, expressive interventions, play therapy, and CBT. My work is trauma-informed, and I strive to create a safe environment to foster the healing process by building connection, belonging, and self-acceptance.
