Nikki Nudelman

Client Experience Intern

Nikki supports the intake and onboarding process for our clients. She believes that accessible, compassionate mental health care begins with making clients feel heard, supported, and respected from their very first point of contact.

In her role, Nikki assists with client communications, intake documentation, and coordination to help ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for individuals seeking services. She is trained in client-centered communication and confidentiality best practices within a mental health care setting.

Nikki is pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and is graduating in Spring 2026.
