Getting To Know Me
As an Integrative Yoga Therapist, I offer a holistic, evidence-informed approach to therapy that supports the full spectrum of human experience — physical, mental, emotional, energetic, and spiritual. My work integrates insights from psychology, neuroscience, physiology, and contemplative traditions with embodied practices such as breathwork, therapeutic movement, meditation, and somatic inquiry. This integrative framework allows us to work from many angles at once, so that healing can unfold not only in the mind, but through every layer of your being.

At its heart, this work aims to address your unique mind–body experience in a way that supports your goals and fosters embodiment, connection, and wellbeing. Depending on your needs and interests, we may explore grounding practices, gentle movement, breathwork, guided meditation, deep relaxation, parts work, or we may just talk. Integrative Yoga Therapy provides both practical tools for symptom relief and space to explore your inner world.
