“I find that working using a trauma-informed lens, we can really revamp the way we see how others function in their own worlds. Learning more about how people are often doing the best with what is available to them can be empowering to continue to provide skills for them moving forward. Human connection is so important and I find myself lucky to be invited into people's lives, the good and the bad.”
Rebecca brings a non-judgmental, comforting, and a soft place to land for her clients. She finds it extremely important to recognize the power differentials between "therapist" and "client" and reaffirm that the people she works with are the true experts of their lives.

Getting To Know Me
Rebecca believes that she can help people explore other options or try new things that they may not have thought of in the past. She finds relationships to be of the utmost importance and that developing a soft spot to land is where the real work can begin.

When Rebecca is not at Wellness Within, you can find her at home with her cats, spending time with her boyfriend, at a book club, or browsing Target! Some of Rebecca’s hobbies and interests include reading, doing hand embroidery, creative journals, doing yoga, and listening to music.
