As your therapist I’m committed to providing a safe, warm, respectful, trusting and compassionate environment in which we can begin a path towards healing and personal growth. We are each on a unique journey and I would like to help you navigate the path you are on, and make space for the range of emotions we all experience as humans. Together we will explore what works best for you at this stage in your life.
I practice therapy through a collaborative, strength based, trauma- informed lens. Other approaches include EMDR and Compassionate Bereavement Care.
People can express themselves in many ways, in addition to talking. This may include utilizing different mediums of art, play, sand tray, poetry, and music.
I believe each person has the capacity to heal themselves and I see my role as supporting and empowering you to discover your own inner strengths and strategies to decrease distress and increase well-being.
