Before pursuing a master’s in clinical social work, I studied visual art. I also have a background in Zen Buddhism, traditional Japanese martial arts, and integrative health. I meditate daily, and love making art, spending time outdoors in all kinds of weather, and
watching puppy videos!
Your voice and your goals will guide us
as we uncover a healthy, whole sense of self, incorporating every side of you as a valuable part of who you are. For many this can include learning to listen to and befriend the body. We may also practice replacing unhealthy coping habits with healthy methods of coping and emotional regulation in the midst of life’s inevitable stressors.
