My Mission
Whatever path brought you here to this moment is a significant one that deserves recognition and appreciation. My role in our work together is to provide empathy, support, kindness, reflection and curiosity. My hope for you is that you leave feeling just a little better, if not a whole lot better, than when you arrived. I believe that all of our lives are filled with sadness and joy, and that sometimes it takes a little bit of help to be able to hold both of those pieces at the same time. In my work with survivors of trauma, addiction, and mental illness, I have learned about resilience and strength inherent in all individuals.
My methods for your success.
It is clear to me that no singular approach is perfect for everyone, and I see therapy as a space to be collaborative and creative together.

I look forward to accompanying you through the challenges that brought you to this point, and welcome you to start a process of self-discovery, awareness and deeper understanding of your inner resources and abilities.
